Out of Cycle Members' Meeting Feb 2025

FEB 2025 OUT OF CYCLE MEMBERS MEETING

In 2025, a merger is planned (subject to approvals) between several of our Baptist care and services provider organisations around Australia, including Baptcare (Vic/ Tas/ SA), Baptist Care SA and BaptistCare with services through NSW, ACT and WA.  

With Baptcare being an agency of the Baptist Union of Victoria, changes to the Baptcare Constitution must be approved by the Baptist Union of Victoria Assembly Gathering by majority vote before any merger with BaptistCare can proceed. 

Members of Assembly are invited to attend an online Out of Cycle Members Meeting (Assembly Gathering) on Thursday 27 February 2025 to vote on the changes to the Baptcare constitution. 

An information Pack will be sent to all Members of Assembly in late January.

The details for our February ONLINE Out of Cycle Members' Meeting (Assembly Gathering):

Date:    Thursday 27th February, 2025
Time:    7:00pm - 8:00pm 
Cost: $0
Zoom: You will need access to a computer to join the Zoom meeting. 
Members of Assembly: You will need access to the email address you registered with via a mobile phone or computer to cast your vote. You must be in attendance and marked off in the meeting to vote.
