Join me for a beachside Pilates session to help me build my practice teaching hours.
This class is open to all levels. whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already love it. This will be a beginner based class with a burn 🔥

👉 Bring a mat or towel, some water 🌺
🌞 Please bring your own sun safety - hat, spf, sunnies
