Driving: Meet at 8:15am at Narrabeen B-Line, Pittwater Rd, near Berry Reserve car park.

Public Transport: Catch the 7:35am B-Line bus from Wynyard Station, Carrington St, Stand B, to stop Narrabeen B-Line, Pittwater Rd.

Who: Please ensure you are able to run the distance.
Running on trail is more challenging that running on roads.
We'll take regular stops to regroup, and run at a steady pace.

Gear Library:
We have a library of trail gear available you to borrow.
During the checkout for this event, you have the option to select a vest, waist-belt or trail shoes.

What to wear:

• Running clothes (necessary)

• Trail running shoes (highly recommended)

• Trail running pack (optional)

• Light rain jacket (if raining)

What to bring:

• Water in bottles (at least 500mL)

• Snack (bar/s or gel/s)

Bag drop: You may be able to store things in the boot of people's cars, but not guaranteed.
