Outdoor Primal Moves & Sauna , Plunge & Pool with Michelle Berlin

Primal Moves Miami is back. 

Join this fun, social, outdoor class that focuses on animal movements, functional movements, multi-planar & closed kinetic chain movements that develop a stable & strong body. 

Born out of Ibiza by Nick Brewer. Primal moves Miami edition will be held at a gorgeous outdoor location, equip with a pool, sauna, cold plunge and jungle gym.

Bring a towel, water & bathing suit.

Community shmoozing highly encouraged afterwards. The class is playful and mean to be a community connector and social gathering  to meet like minded individuals . 

Kids over 4 years are welcome as long as they are supervised by parents. They are more then welcome to integrate into the class. 

Even if you don't want to practice, you can join at 11:30am for Sauna and Pool. Same ticket fees apply.
