Outdoor Qi-Gong Class and Soundbath in Manhattan Beach

What your session consists of:

This scenic park Session, overlooking the beach begins with a a cultivation of community and closeness as we get acquainted and set our intentions for the journey. 

We transition to a guided meditation premised upon Conscious, connected breathing from our diaphragm. 

The next step of the journey is our qi gong, concluded by a soothing and relaxing sound bath session.

We finish with a chakra card reading and affirmation card reading.

A Sound Bath is a live, immersive, meditative experience which works acoustically on your brain, body, and soul. As you sit or lie down with eyes closed, sound vibrations wash over you, taking you on an expansive inward journey. Similar to meditation, sound baths stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system. You'll leave feeling relaxed, centered, energized, and uplifted. Sound Healing is an ancient-modern practice which comes in many forms across all cultures.
