Hey there,

The Outdoors Society & Fitness All Together teams are stoked to bring you a HIIT class at the beach.

Here is the schedule:

7:00am-7:15am: Everyone to meet at St Heliers Bay Beach at the western end by the boat ramp.

7:15am-8:00am: FAT HIIT Session begins.

8:00am-8:15am: Post workout swim (Optional)

8:00am-9am: Post-session fuel up from Lulu’s neighbourhood bowls and Node Hydration.

8:00am-9:30am: Free to depart.

All FAT HITT class equipment will be provided. All you will require is a drink bottle, towel and those sunrise Saturday morning vibes!

A reminder that your ticket includes:

1 x FAT HIIT class.
1 x Node Hydration electrolyte drink.
1 x Lulu's Neighbourhood baby bowl. (*Lulu's Neighbourhood Bowls are vegan and can be made gluten free / no PB (allergy option) if requested, just let us know.)
