DESCRIPTION

Tired of sitting around? Want to get outside and do something with your body?  Want to meet some new people and replace screen time with green time? Why not get your hands dirty as we plant out a native forest, meet some new mates , share a meal, and then have a dance to the amazing ELECTRIC APES.

You’re invited to this very special afternoon of hanging out followed by a sunset live music event featuring Electric Apes

Nestled at the foothills of the Conondale Range this hillside amphitheatre is the perfect spot to surround yourself in nature and good company.  Situated next to Conondale national park you can spend the day bushwalking and swimming before you spend an afternoon with us listening to live music to immerse yourself in a full day of digital detox.

Planters will be provided a meal, with vegetarian options available, and plenty of snacks and drinks.

BYO picnic rugs, camp chairs, and eskies.

Enjoy tunes from the afternoon as the sun goes down and dance into the evening under the stars

Kids are free!

Limited camping spots, so please let us know if you’re thinking of camping so we can get an idea of numbers.

The Artists:

ELECTRIC APES

Hailing from the vibrant world of genre-defying soundscapes, Electric Apes is an experimental trio that has been enchanting audiences with their eclectic fusion of psychedelic dance, Afro-funk rhythms, and uninhibited creative exploration.

This is a multi-talented line up featuring impassioned vocals, mesmerizing saxophone, hypnotic keys, dynamic drums, and innovative live looping. The band, featuring Hayden Hack (guitar, vocals), Mark Gray (drums), and Lee Hardisty (multi-instrumentalist), is pushing boundaries and transcending musical norms.

Address on registration

Please note there is a creek crossing to access the venue – If you have any queries about accessibility please reach out.
