• Complimentary Drink & Refreshments: Enjoy a complimentary drink upon arrival, and indulge in light refreshments that cater to various dietary needs. Our well-stocked bar offers great options for those who choose to have a drink, although very few guests feel the need to.
• The Social Experiment: The heart of the evening is a scientifically backed social experiment involving a set of 36 carefully selected questions. This 60-minute experience, guided by our clever matchmaking system, will pair you with someone compatible based on factors such as: age, gender, sexual identity, sexual preference, personality, body type, looks, and life goals. This experiment has been proven to generate closeness and, in many cases, love between strangers.
• Upgrade Options: For those who want to take control of their experience, we offer an upgrade option where you can personally select your match for the 60-minute social experiment. Payment for this upgrade can be made on the night after you've seen the options.
• Golden Wristbands: Enhance your connections with our golden wristbands, which allow you to highlight what's important to you in a partner. Whether it’s health values, family values, or relationship preferences, these wristbands are a conversation starter and a way to find someone truly compatible.
• Pre-Event Coaching: We recommend familiarising yourself with the 36 questions and practicing with a friend or family member before the event. To maximise your chances of success, take advantage of our complimentary online coaching videos in the "Offline Valentine: Pre-Event Training." These self-paced videos will build your confidence, improve your mindset, and help you set realistic expectations.
• Lock & Key Game: Kickstart conversations with our fun lock and key game. Use this playful approach to meet and interact with other guests, breaking the ice in a natural and engaging way.
• Phone-Free Zone: This event is all about offline connections, so we ask all guests to keep their phones on silent and out of sight. This mindful act ensures a deeper connection with those around you.
• No On-Call Guests: Please note that if you’re "on call" for work, we ask that you do not book a ticket for this event. Choose to either fully commit to this experience or prioritise your work.

• Basic Matching Included: Every ticket includes a basic match based on age and location, ensuring you’ll have someone to share the 36 questions with. In some cases, you may find yourself matched with someone even more compatible.
• Upgrade or Opt-Out: You can upgrade to a more personalised match or opt out of certain pairings with our on-the-night upgrade options.
• Chemistry vs. Compatibility: Understand the difference between chemistry and compatibility. While chemistry can be sparked through interest, playfulness, and effort, true compatibility is about shared values and life goals. Our activities and questions are designed to help you explore both.

Refunds are not possible; however, we can arrange a transfer. If you cannot attend, please contact the organiser as soon as possible with the personal details of the person you wish to transfer your ticket to. A transfer fee of $50 applies. The information we require includes:
