Travel instructions
The listed event address is the location of the festival's drive-thru check-in. You'll receive a parking pass at check-in and be directed where to park and catch the shuttle to the festival grounds. For most people this will be Owen Middle School, 730 Old US Highway 70, Swannanoa, NC. Parking costs $10/day. It's recommended that you pre-order a parking pass; once onsite, you can pay for parking in cash only. If you will be participating in the LEAF festival all weekend, please see the arrival and parking details on the LEAF website: https://theleaf.org/leaf-festival-retreat-info
Entry instructions
Once you've taken the shuttle to the festival grounds, signage and an Art of Mass Gatherings point person will be waiting for you at the drop-off location to direct you to our event location.
Hazards
The festival site has a variety of landscapes and terrains. Use of golf carts, assistance, and other accommodations are available and LEAF can pair you with an ambassador for your first time on site. Please make any requests in the registration form or by e-mailing steph@majesticcollaborations.com.
Toilet location
Details about restroom locations are still being finalized. Facilities will include wheelchair-accessible toilets. A site map with locations will be provided upon arrival to the grounds.
Accessible parking
You may request an accessible parking spot at drive-thru check-in. Please ensure your accessible parking permit is visible to festival staff. If you don't have a permit but would like to request accessible parking, please contact Steph. From the accessible parking area, we can coordinate a golf cart to the event location. To streamline coordination, please note this request in the registration form where it asks about accommodations.
