The journey of a founder starts with finding yourself. At the beginning of your startup journey, what you do is not nearly as important as why you do it, as the business is an extension of yourself! Your own personal ups and downs become the ups and downs of the business.

In order to create a powerful vision, find direction and lead with conviction for your future successful company, it’s important to understand what that looks like for yourself. Who are you, and who do you want to become? What is the role that you can play and what value can you bring to the table?

In this session, we will explore different ways to uncover your own personal why and practice communicating your authentic self with the world in a powerful way. You’ll feel confident in your ability to own your story and use it as a secret weapon to navigating your startup, life after school and in your community.
