Event description

Are you uncertain of the path ahead? Do you find the story that plays in your head holds you back from taking the next step? This 3-week course will help you explore your career and life as a 'narrative' that you can shape and adapt to support your well-being, career progression and sense of purpose. Join us over 3 consecutive Thursday lunchtimes starting 15th May to explore life & career stories, experiment with your own story and its chapters and work out how to harness this to set you up well for the future. Each week is a 45minute session to fit (more or less!) within a lunch break, with a mix of professional coaching, narrative frameworks and peer discussion. Purchasing the course also gives you access to Life Navigation Lab membership for 3 months where you can access additional resources and self-development opportunities.

To get most benefit from this course you'll need to set aside about an hour between each session to do some self-guided work.

Your facilitator:

Mel Lambert is a certified coach (Level 2 IECL, Tiny Habits® Behaviour Design) who has designed and delivered award-winning life and career transition programs for over ten years. Mel adopts the 'bowerbird' approach to methodologies (with attribution!); an experienced co-designer with training in narrative therapy and change management, she draws on a range of toolkits to create engaging personal and professional development experiences.

This course costs $120 to deliver per person. If cost is a barrier to you for any reason, please choose the accessible pricing option and pay what you can afford.
