Ozark Plant Magic (Virtual)

At the heart of Ozark folk healing and magic is the natural world. Join folklorist and writer Brandon Weston of Ozark Healing Traditions in a workshop exploring some of the most important and widely used plants for Ozark healers. We'll specifically look at traditional methods of herbal preparation including teas, baths, and smoke (incense). Some of the plants we'll learn about include sassafras, red cedar, mugwort, wormwood, horsemint, camphor, and many more. This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners from any and all magical traditions.
