Event description

Calling all teachers passionate about food security and sustainability! Are you ready to inspire your students to make a real impact on the world? Join us for an exciting incursion webinar where students can learn about the work that OzHarvest does with Ronni Kahn AO, Founder and Visionary in Residence at OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food rescue organisation.

Ronni will share her incredible 20 year journey of how OzHarvest grew from a simple idea into a force for good. Tackling two national issues – food waste and food insecurity is no easy task and today, there are more people than ever who need our help. This webinar is a unique opportunity to hear how OzHarvest is making a difference in communities across Australia and how you can play a part. Students will leave feeling inspired and empowered to be a change maker at home, at school and in the community! Plus, they'll get the chance to submit their own questions to Ronni before the event (just email us at feast@ozharvest.org). While we can’t guarantee every question will be answered, we’ll do our best to cover as much as we can.

Teachers, this is your chance to tick off important curriculum goals in a fun and engaging way. Don’t miss out on this online incursion providing a powerful learning experience for your students!

By registering now you will also recieve access to the recorded session!
