In our Second event this year we invite you to Step into a night where deep house becomes alchemy—a hypnotic fusion of astral grooves, Detroit techno’s pulse, and the raw sensuality of jazz-kissed disco. Soul Of Hex, the Tijuana-born brothers behind cult classics on Delusions of Grandeur and Underground Resistance, weave rhythms that defy time: Larry Heard-approved, Dekmantel-tested, and DJ Harvey-adored.

This isn’t just a party. It’s a ceremony of sound—where the Cedillos’ 15-year legacy of sonic rebellion (from Mexico’s "new rave" trenches to Berlin’s Red Bull Music Academy) collides with Seattle’s underground.

Brothers Gerardo Cedillo and Emanuel Cedillo have been intimately involved in dance music for over 15 years. They got their start as Kry-Lon, a duo that sat at the forefront of the "new rave" scene in his hometown of Tijuana, Mexico. In the years since, Cedillo brothers have grown enormously as producers, DJ's and multi-instrumentalists, and they keep themselves busy running the label Vicario Musique Recordings. Their first 12" record release was with their alias "4004 & Sebastien Vorhaus" on Pablo Valentino's FACES Records. As Soul Of Hex, they conjure astral deep house odysseys, drawing from the raw sensuality and restraint of classic house and techno, while incorporating jazzy flourishes and colorful shifts in tone, rhythm and texture. In 2014, Larry Heard himself stepped in to remix the Soul Of Hex track "Lip Reading," and his DJ schedule has been hectic ever since, including an appearance at Amsterdam's Dekmantel Festival in 2017. In 2018, Gerardo was chosen to be part of the last Red Bull Music Academy in Berlin. Their song "Psychic" was featured on DJ Harvey's "Mercury Rising Vol. 3" on Pikes Records.
