These sessions will provide education on PACE, how the new NDIS system will function and what providers can expect with differences in operation from the previous system in relation to claims and payments.

To help us deliver better outcomes for participants today and into the future, we built a new computer system – PACE, and improved the way we work. We want to make sure National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers are ready to support participants who have their NDIS plan created in our new system.

The session will support good claiming practices for registered providers delivering NDIS supports to participants with a plan in our new system.

Information provided at this session will cover:

- Key changes for providers
- Bulk payments
- Claims and payment enquiries
- Common claiming issues and solutions

Sessions are delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams, and are offered over multiple dates to allow flexibility for attendees.

Each session covers the same content, and attendees should only register for one session.

Registrations close one business day prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out. We only accept individual registrations for events to ensure all attendees receive links to join.

The day before the event, login details will be sent to the email address you provide at registration, so please ensure you enter your email address correctly when registering.
