Join us for a Himalayan Breath and  nature reset along with a beautiful meditation.
It's a potent way to start the day with community and beautiful surroundings. We will meet Thursday's at the front of Pacific Surf Club (PALM BEACH ) and 19th avenue. 

Breathwork is a practice of tuning into our breath and being more present. When we work with our breath, we can regulate our nervous system, focus better and gain energy.
