  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Please note: Payment must be received 48 hours before the session in order for the session to be confirmed.

ON THE DAY

Please head straight to Pacific Fair's Valet Parking Lounge, located on Level 1 off the Purple Car Park (access off Hooker Boulevard, or Sunshine Boulevard) and our stylist will be waiting for you in the Valet Lounge.
