Paddock to Plate - Mediterranean Session

Join us on a culinary journey through the Mediterranean, as we put a new spin on an old favourite.  

Paddock to Plate is a four week cooking program starting on the 15th July. The Paddock to Plate project is all about using local affordable produce to make delicious, easy and healthy meals. There will be recipes available. Tips on accessing cheap local produce will also be provided. 

This time we will be making soups from around the world!

The program includes the following dates:

15th July from 1pm-3pm. 

22nd July from 1pm-3pm. 

29th July from 1pm-3pm. 

5th August from 1pm-3pm. 

The session is run by Olexij  (The Food Centre)  and Mattea (The Food Embassy Inc Project Officer and Dietitian).

You will learn to cook four plant based soups and get to taste test and take home some leftovers. 

(**Please note- it is essential to wear closed shoes to this program- it is best to avoid thongs or sandals- thank you)
