Pagan Community: Navigation, Connection, and Building a Better Culture

The message from the mystics of the Pagan world has been clear: build community. Become more connected. Additionally, meaningful interpersonal relationships are arguably the most powerful predictor of personal happiness. But how do you get started? Once you’re part of a community, how do you become less isolated? Explore community dynamics, balancing activism and generosity with limited resources, sharing space with people you find challenging, and more with a longtime Pagan community organizer and event coordinator. 

This workshop will be recorded for folks who can't make the Zoom in person, and sent out for download after the workshop concludes.

The workshop fee is $15. Sliding scale ticket options of $5 and $10 are available for folks who face financial obstacles to attending the workshop.

Irene Glasse is a Heathen witch based in Western Maryland. She is a longtime teacher of witchcraft, meditation, and magic in the mid-Atlantic. She is the co-author of "Blackfeather Mystery School: The Magpie Training" (Dragon Alchemy, 2022), a contributing writer of "Gemini Witch: Unlock the Magic of Your Sun Sign" and "Llewellyn's 2024 and 2025 Sabbats Almanac" (Llewellyn Worldwide, 2023 and 2024), and a blogger and columnist. She has performed, taught workshops, and led rituals at many festivals and conferences over the years.
