This theoretical and practical session will explain & show how to protect the intervertebral discs from unnecessary pressure making them to slip or bulge.
Be prepared to participate in a simple exercise routine that will condition layers of diagonal muscles wrapping around your trunk, bracing your discs. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience including beginners.
You will definitely feel taller and perhaps even look taller after this session that’s aiming to make your discs float instead of being compressed.
