Paint The River On The World Rivers Day
Event description
As part of RiverFest 2025 Western’s Painted River Project team invite you to come and paint a river with us!
The Painted River Project is an art, science and cultural initiative that creates space for diverse community members to share knowledge and build understanding of how we live with the natural world. It aims to nurture transformative thinking and collective action through participatory engagement around one of Australia's most contested topics - water.
Please join Dr Leo Robba (HCA), Associate Professor Ian Wright (SoS), and Kat Warwick (SoS) at a FREE COMMUNITY EVENT. There will be a mobile science lab, free paint, brushes and canvases will be provided and all ages are welcome!
