Painting: Seashells in Oil Pastels and Watercolour School Holidays Spring 25

We will be looking at seashells for this one, learning how to break form into shapes to draw in colourful oil pastels. You’ll get lots of paper, and then watercolours for afters to do a wax resist technique with lots of water. This hour class is full of experimentation, a funky technique and you’ll take home some fab drawings at the end.

BYO water bottle, and sometimes the paint can stain so wear something you don’t mind getting a little messy. Leave the white hoody’s at home!

Ages 14-17

Please note:

This program is designed specifically for 14-17 year olds. The content and environment are shaped to this age group, and younger participants can impact the experience for others and discourage older participants from attending. To maintain the focus of the program, children outside of this age range may be turned away on the day.

This workshop is supervised by at least 2 staff who are required to hold current Working with Children Checks - parental supervision is not required.
