Palestine At The Epicentre Of A ‘New Middle East’
Event description
Palestine At The Epicentre Of A ‘New Middle East’
Pushing the boundaries of International Law to advance colonialism, oligarchy and empire
- What does Trump’s proposed “Transfer” plan, historically and ideologically, mean for the state of Israel? How practical is this plan? And how would the Arab countries respond to it?
- How does Trump’s proposition impact the rule of law following the new American sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC) and South Africa in light of its application to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) accusing Israel of Genocide?
- What is Trump’s vision for Palestine and the ‘New Middle East’? And how does the formation of his administration influence such a vision?
- Is there a place for a ‘Free Palestine’ in the ‘New Middle East’? And what does the international recognition of a ‘Palestinian State’ actually mean under the current circumstances?
- Can the anti-genocide movement succeed to bring about justice for Palestine at a time of an oligarchs-funded mass hi-tech silencing?
