Please join us as we come together at the Palliative Care in WA Awards 2025 and Gala Dinner with the theme, ‘Havana Nights’, to celebrate the professionalism, dedication, innovation and teamwork shown everyday by all those who work across the palliative, aged care and community service sectors.
The Palliative Care in WA Awards 2025 with Major Sponsor Silverchain acknowledge and recognise the individuals, teams and organisations who provide holistic and compassionate support and care to Western Australians at end-of-life.
The winners of the 2025 Awards will be announced at the Gala Dinner at The Westin Perth for the following categories:

Full tables can be booked and paid for via invoice or credit card by contacting events@palliativecarewa.asn.au
A form will be emailed for all table bookings to provide required information on all people on the table, their dietary requirements and accessibility requirements.
Included in the ticket price is pre-dinner drinks, a full plated meal with wine, beer and soft drink, as well as a six-piece band, dancing and a wonderful opportunity to socialise with colleagues.
Dress code for the evening is cocktail wear. If you would like to get into the Havana Nights theme, we encourage you to wear bright colours.
Photography will be taken at this event. By attending the event it is assumed that you give permission to be photographed and that images will be used by PCWA for social media and other communication channels. Please advise a staff member at the event if you do not wish for your photograph to be taken.
