This November, we’re bringing a taste of Martinborough to the Thistle for a special evening with Palliser, as part of Taste of Wairarapa.
For one night, our kitchen and Palliser have come together on a four-course menu with matched wines, with each dish crafted around what’s being poured alongside it.
Joining us at the table is Palliser winemaker Guy McMaster, who’ll take us through the wines as the evening unfolds - from the first glass through to the final course.
It’s a chance to settle in for four courses, discover some brilliant Wairarapa wines, and hear a little more about what goes into each bottle from the person behind them.
