Come join us for this 5 week TriYoga Series

Weekly classes, each one designed around each of the five elements. You will be guided through the gentle and rejuvenating practice of basic TriYoga, and through the elements of earth, water, fire, air and space.

Basic TriYoga is perfect for beginners or for students wanting to deepen their posture alignment. At the same time reducing stress and bringing a sense of calm.

Classes begin on Monday 9th November at the new time of 5pm at The Palms At Palm Cove, 32 Veivers Road, Palm Cove. We will practice each week, same day same time for a period of 5 weeks.

You can save by booking the whole series or book per class. All bookings must be made before the series begins.

TriYoga is a beautifully flowing and gentle practice. The trinity of posture, breath and focus or mind, body and spirit. Benefits are numerous from improved health and vitality, and physical and mental strength and flexibility. To an increase in energy and focus, better sleep, and mental and emotional peace.

The committed practice of TriYoga has been transformational for my own life, releasing stuck emotions, easing physical pain and allowing me peace of mind. It has given me a nurtured pathway of stepping into who I am now and allowing myself to be really seen.

This is the perfect opportunity to ease yourself in if you're a beginner or to deepen your practice if you are a more experienced student.

I look forward to flowing with you xx
