This Free Event is brought to those in the hospitality industry to help them navigate PNCC processes with regards to Licensing and H&S including preparing for a food verification.

  • Part 1  is a panel of speakers on the topic of alcohol, and audience questions  - 1 hour
  • Morning tea – 10 minutes
  • Part 2 is “preparing for a food verification” - hour
