An invitation to join me in a safe environment where you can let go, and drop into your felt sense of interoception. really feel into your body.

Starting with a delicious ceremonial cacao, a heart opening elixir,combined with a share circle, deepening connection and and a deep dive into your self with your breath.

Releasing any blocks, emotions or stress, with the guidance of master breathwork facilitator Karin , you will be supported throughout the entire journey.

Working with our breath can regulate our emotions and nervous system. Our journey ends with some integration, sharing and some take home tips, leaving us feeling lighter and simply better.
