Castlemaine Guitar Weekend Concert 2: The Jack Pantazis Trio in Concert

Jack Pantazis - guitar and vocals, Ben Robertson - acoustic bass, Darryn Farrugia - drums
An amazing trio, with three incredible musicians who have between them played with people as diverse as Mike Stern, Tom Jones, Olivia Newton John, in musical theatre productions The Lion King, Wicked, Guys & Dolls…they’ll be playing original pieces from Jacks last 3 albums and current album ‘Because Of Her’, jazz standards, some Wes Montgomery tunes…and a couple of surprises too. A great night of music ahead.
The JPT will again be presenting original music of Jack’s along with a selection of other great tunes ..and ..finger’s crossed even a few new originals that may be premiered. Stay tuned!!!

- 3. Will look at jazz turnarounds, Rhythm Changes and Jazz Blues forms.

- 6. Improvising concepts/techiques
- 7. Practice techniques- how to get the most out of your ‘time’
This workshop aims at unlocking a few skills & tools that can help beginners or intermediate guitarists who want to start or have already begun their jazz guitar journey.
