Parent Teen Yoga - Winter Sport Recovery


Event description

Winter Sport has come to an end and we want to support our winter athletes with a recovery yoga class to support their physical heath and mental wellbeing.

Learn some yoga poses to practice during your off season to maintain flexibility & strength, poses can be adapted around ability and individual needs. Breathwork & meditation is also introduced during the class, benefits include improved focus & mental strength.

Mats and block provided.

Suitable for parents with teens 11yrs+ who play sport.

Two locations and dates:
Sunday 25 August - Selwyn Sports Centre 2-3pm with Emily
Sunday 1 September - Lincoln Event Centre 2-3pm with Lucy
