Parent Support Group | Wodonga
Event description
WODONGA | Parent Support Group
Do you provide care to a child with a physical disability, intellectual disability, autism, or ADHD?
About the Program
Gateway Health’s Carer Support and Children with Complex Disability Needs (CCDN) are offering a fortnightly support group for carers of children with disabilities. This includes carers of individuals of all ages – whether your child is young or in their 30s or beyond, you are welcome to participate in this program. If you provide care for someone who has a complex disability, this group is for you.
What the program covers
This group offers the opportunity to connect with other carers who understand the challenges and rewards of caring for someone with a disability. Share experiences, find emotional support, and build meaningful connections in a safe and friendly environment. It’s a great way to expand your support network and exchange valuable resources with people in a similar situation.
