Parenting Adolescents - Online - 7 week program

This is a 7 week program (28th October, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November, 2nd & 9th December)

The Bringing Up Great Adolescents program has been designed to support parents as they embark on their journey supporting their children as they live through their adolescent years and emerge as adults.

The program enables parents/carers to understand the adolescent brain in the context of adolescent behaviour and nurtures the parent/adolescent relationship.

We look at where our parenting skills came from and how this has made us who we are today. Passing on these messages to our children or having the opportunity to change. Being reflective is an essential tool in making better choices.

This program is mainly promoted to parents but we accept all types of caregivers here.

Attendance at all is required as each week builds on information covered the previous week.

Each participant will need their own device and a quiet area free from distractions.
