Event description

This is a 6 week, Veterans Wellbeing Program.

5th, 12th and 19th August. 2nd, 9th and 16th September.

12.30 pm - 2.30 pm

A free parenting course for veterans, currently serving service members, first responders and their families.

Included:

  • Skills to support children through the ups and downs of life

  • Awareness of your own emotions

  • How to recognise, understand and manage children's behaviours when nothing else has worked

  • Help your child to manage and self-regulate

  • Equip your child with problem solving skills

  • Dealing with Neurodiverse and Neurotypical behaviours
