Event description

A light and deep way for parents to process emotions as they support their children.

These Draw It Out facilitate workshops teach parents a valuable tool called Interactive Drawing Therapy, and how drawing out metaphors for how we feel can be effective for processing hard feelings.

Parents will find a small support group, be supported to access their own inner resources, and discover that self-care is a neccessary part of caring for their children.
