Parents Point - 7 September
Description
Parents' Point is a quarterly AGA event for the families of Intersex, Trans and Gender Diverse folks of all ages to connect with other families like theirs!
Parents, Guardians and Carers are invited to meet up and share with each other in conversation facilitated by AGA staff. Come and share a meal with community (dinner is on us!), swap stories, ask for advice, or offer your own!
This event is perfect for the Parent who is new to the community and eager to learn, the Aunt looking to be a better advocate for the young people in their extended family, the Foster Parent working to access Gender Affirming Care for their young person, or any other adult with a TGD+I person in their life that they are caring for!
Can't find a babysitter? AGA staff will also facilitate an activity for any young people who also come along while the grown ups are chatting.
