Parks Week
Active Maribyrnong is collaborating with organisations across Australia and New Zealand to hold events in celebration of the vital role parks play in creating liveable cities and thriving communities. Parks Week 2024 will focus on the how spending time in our parks and open spaces positively influences our wellbeing.

Program Description:

A fun way to get fit with a combination of Bollywood and Zumba Dance workout. Get motivated from a variety of music from around the world to keep you highly active whilst learning a range of dance styles. A great way to stay physically and mentally healthy whilst meet new people.

When and where:

Wednesday 6 March 2024 at 6.30pm at Footscray Park
Meet on the Eastern Lawn of Footscray Park on the grass near the Ballarat Road Bridge

What to bring: Towel and water bottle

Cancellation policy - Inclement weather

• In the case of inclement weather and a program needing to be cancelled, you will be notified via email with at least 2 hours warning prior to the commencement of your program.

• If you do not receive a cancellation email, it means the program is still being delivered.

Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.
