Sydney artist Nichola Bryan aka 'The Bowerbird Herd' promotes sustainability and ecological awareness by creating playful artworks from collected and found waste materials, including litter from the Parramatta River, local bush tracks, playgrounds and recreational areas. Her works explore both the positive and negative impact humans can have on animals and our environment.
Let Nichola help you to rethink waste; make your own sustainable artwork using household ‘waste’ items. We will supply canvases, glue and provide some materials. Participants are encouraged to bring salvaged materials from home to create their own astonishing piece of art.
