Parramatta Pre-Assembly Community Dinner

This community dinner will be great for people who care about Parramatta, whether you live, work or study in the area. Apart from having delicious food and a relaxed environment, we will:

• Share stories and experiences about housing, climate and cost of living and taking action on those issues together by writing postcards and sending them to Federal Election candidates.
• Learn about the collective power that the local community in Parramatta has to effect change and how we can use that power for the betterment of our city and our country.
• Host a national delegation of passionate people about these issues to showcase what it means to live, work or study in Parramatta while learning about what other people across the country who care about climate and cost of living are doing across the country.
• Hear from community leaders in Parramatta and be invited to join the Sydney Alliance Assembly 13 March with the minister for Energy and Climate Change coming to our on backyard... Westmead! 
• At the end of this community dinner we hope people leave inspired, determine and connected not only to the Parramatta area but also with a person or place who have never been to!
