This playshop is wonderful for both new and experienced students to explore Partner Yoga & Thai Massage together!
First, you will practice a series of yoga poses that are so much better with a partner … and more fun!
Then, you will learn how to give easy and relaxing bodywork, using Thai Massage stretching sequences. Each partner will take turns giving and receiving this therapeutic ancient folk art.
This invitation is open to all kinds of partnerships, friendships or family duos. The art of practicing playfully and respectfully together will bring balance to the physical, mental, and energy systems of the body, and help you feel closer than ever!
