🍰PASS PAUSE PLAY #8: ONE FOR YOU, ONE FOR ME🍰

Songwriting can lead to a life lived between projects, bands, and communities both musical or otherwise. Our June edition will explore how artists navigate solo projects amongst eclectic musical lives. PASS PAUSE PLAY #8 features:

BLAIN CUNNEEN

A stalwart of the Sydney/Gadigal music scene, singer/songwriter and producer Blain Cunneen has long been recognised for his versatility and innovation. With roots in jazz, songwriting, and sonic experimentation, Cunneen has carved a unique space in Australia’s musical landscape, contributing to a wide array of projects over the years.

EBS

Ebs is an alternative folk artist based in Sydney. She has always loved making music, drawing from folk and jazz influences to make her own unique sound. Woven with lyrics based on her own experiences, Ebs creates cosy and layered sonic landscapes for audiences to bathe in.

MICHAEL J BRADY

Michael J Brady is a musical chameleon who lives between the guitar, his voice, and his favourite river. He leads an eclectic musical life that is made up of a trio under his own name, an indie rock band of 10 years, and weeks spent collaborating, listening, and teaching within the Sydney community.
