About the Workshop
Passion Pathways to Authentic Leadership (PPAL) is a workshop designed for young people aged 14-18 in Brisbane who want to embrace their passions, develop leadership skills and build confidence in their personal and professional journeys.
The event will provide an engaging and supportive space for young change makers to connect with like-minded peers, learn from passion-driven leaders through interactive Q&A sessions and participate in interactive activities, mentorship discussions and leadership-building exercises.
Participants will learn practical tools and strategies to build confidence, enhance public speaking skills, develop leadership qualities and set actionable goals to work towards the next step in their journey.
Thanks to the generous support of the Queensland Office for Youth this Youth Week Event is completely free to join.

What to Expect:
- Leadership Development. Engage in self-reflection activities, goal-setting exercises and guided discussions with industry mentors.
- Confidence-building. Learn how to authentically express yourself through enhancing your public speaking and storytelling skills.
- Community Connection. Meet, collaborate and share experiences with like-minded peers.
- Pathway Exploration. Gain insight into different career and passion-driven pathways and learn practical tools to get started on your journey!

Jasmine Watson is a driven 16-year-old entrepreneur and facilitator with proven experience in connecting people and creating transformative experiences. She is dedicated to helping teens develop confidence, leadership and personal growth through innovative events and content. From youth workshops and networking groups to charity fundraisers, she continues to foster spaces that inspire connection, empowerment and ambition.
