PSW Pastoral Persona and Power
The responsible use of power is a central issue in ethical practice. This online Professional Standards Workshop invites participants to recognise the reality of a Pastoral persona and to reflect on several aspects of it, including power and accountability. The workshop consists of three sessions of video presentation by Rev David Devine, Head of the BUV’s Church Health & Capacity Building Team, and some reflective exercises. The reflective exercises are presented in a pdf booklet that will be provided upon registration for the workshop. For Accreditation purposes, participants need to watch the sessions and complete the reflective exercises.
During COVID-19 the BUV are pleased to offer this PSW at no charge.
