Her work spans from leading strategic initiatives at fintech unicorns and Web3 protocols, advising funders and founders, to hands-on contributions to grassroots and community-led initiatives in rural villages across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Crystal now focuses on partnering with mission-aligned teams and organisations, leveraging frontier technologies, including AI, blockchain, and IoT, to scale digital solutions and build market infrastructure for a low-carbon economy.
