Pathways to Healing A Trauma Healing Workshop Led by Nicole Rotaru RSM

Many have experienced situations that have caused an inner wounding that may have limited our full potential and flourishing. Sometimes we have a sense that ‘something is not quite right’. Within a welcoming and safe environment, this workshop will enable participants to come to a deeper understanding of their trauma experiences and the impacts on their life.

Nicole will facilite in a process of contemplative reflection, exploring themes of self-awareness, trauma, shame and fear, resilience and self-care. Time will be given to integrating experiences through individual reflection, group sharing, journaling and creative activity.

Dates: 2 April to 15 April 2025

Venue: The Hermitage, 843 Old South Rd, Mittagong NSW
