The Gila Community Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit serving Grant, Luna, Hidalgo, and Catron Counties, with programs that support nonprofits, local governments, and community-led initiatives across New Mexico. GCF strengthens communities through strategic grantmaking, donor services, and capacity-building programs that promote good governance, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
Pathways to Progress is GCF’s capacity-building initiative designed to equip nonprofit leaders, board members, and public officials with practical tools for effective governance, compliance, and leadership. Through workshops, trainings, and resources offered statewide, Pathways to Progress supports organizations at every stage—helping them grow stronger, more accountable, and better positioned to serve their communities.
