In honour of International Yoga Day on 21st June, Mindroom Innovation invites students and community members to join a free yoga class designed to bring calm, clarity, and connection into your day.

Student life can be intense, especially for those adapting to a new culture or learning environment. That’s why we’re offering this unique wellness experience—to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
During this one-hour outdoor class, Daniela will guide you through a grounding yoga practice suitable for all levels. You’ll explore gentle movements, breathing exercises, and mindful awareness—tools to help you find balance amidst academic and everyday challenges.

👩🏫 About the Teacher – Daniela Sué
"I started practising yoga five years ago to find moments of peace and silence within myself. It quickly became a magical companion through different stages of my life. While working and studying, yoga helped me stay grounded and connected to myself. Over time, I realised how much I loved sharing it—with friends at first, and then with more people. That’s what led me to train as a yoga teacher. Now, I share yoga as a tool anyone can use to bring awareness to the body, release emotions, and improve their quality of life with a healthier body and a more present mind." – Daniela Sué
