White Box Enterprises is working towards a potential Social Enterprise Payment by Outcomes Pilot (PBO) to improve long-term employment outcomes by linking Australia's most disadvantaged people with supported employment in work integrated social enterprises (WISE).
We invite contributions from across Australia's WISE sector on key design principles for PBO mechanisms, including via our rate card survey.
Jobs-focused social enterprise with an interest in PBO models are invited to join our focus groups to discuss survey outcomes and share experiences with outcome payments or rate cards.
