PCWA Community Creations Workshop #6 Sewing Special

What’s Happening?

Creating something together is a powerful way to connect, explore, learn, heal and have some fun! Our dedicated team of facilitators are determined to bring you and your families accessible and engaging activities for kids and adults alike.

This workshop will will feature activities like:

• 🎨Introduction to sewing with felt for all ages (safety equipment provided),

• 🎁Learn and explore the meaning of Palestinian proverbs in a fun and creative way, and

• 🧩Games and Dabke practice!

Event Schedule

Here’s what the event will look like:

🎨 2:30 PM – Arrival & Welcome
🧩 4:00 PM – Proverbs quiz and games
🕞 5:00 PM – Wind down!

Please note, unless otherwise stated, Community Creations Workshops will feature snacks only.

Who’s Invited?

Everyone in the Palestinian community is warmly welcomed to attend! Please note, participation in these activities is encouraged for ALL who register.

• 🗣️ Bilingual Delivery: Every PCWA event is delivered in both English and Arabic to ensure everyone feels included.

• 🍽️ Food & Refreshments: Sharing food together is the lifeblood of Palestine. All our gatherings include snacks or a meal, depending on the time and format of the event.

• ❤️ Our Values: Respect, Palestinian pride, and community unity are at the heart of everything we do.

• ✅ Qualified Organisers: Our team includes individuals with qualifications and experience in Working with Children, first aid, and trauma-informed care, to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all.
