An evening of community, by community.

The Palestinian Community of Western Australia (PCWA) calling on fellow Palestinians to come together for a relaxed and informal night in!

Let’s come together to honour our roots, strengthen our bonds, and practice the values of our culture!

What’s Happening?

This month’s Community Unity Event is Burger Night! This Saturday, let's get to know each other better your way! No surprises, just good company! You can bring whatever you like to make this evening your way:

• 🎁 There is an undercover area for shisha (coals provided) ...

• 🎨 Bring your Tatreez and arts and crafts projects ...

• 🧩 Game face for a tarneeb, tricks or hand competition.

Event Schedule

Here’s what the evening will look like:

🕞 7:00 PM – Arrival & Welcome

🍽️ 8:00 PM – Dinner is Served
Burgers, nuggets, and some choice sides for all of us to enjoy.

That's it! The rest of the night is for you to do as you like!

Pack your Tarneeb deck for a casual tournament, share your tatreez (embroidery) skills with fellow creatives, or start planning a future mansaaf night with new friends. This Burger Night is all about relaxing and connecting on a Saturday night in.

• 🗣️ Bilingual Delivery: Every PCWA event is delivered in both English and Arabic to ensure everyone feels included.

• 🍽️ Food & Refreshments: All our gatherings include snacks or a meal, depending on the time and format of the event.

• ❤️ Our Values: Respect, Palestinian pride, and community unity are at the heart of everything we do.

• ✅ Qualified Organisers: Our team includes individuals with qualifications and experience in Working with Children, first aid, and trauma-informed care, to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all.
