Travel instructions
Car parking at Edith Cowan University Campus is free on weekends. You can park in any bay regardless of signage. Cark parks 14 and 8 are closest to the house. Enter from Lakeside Drive for carpark 14 or off Kendrew Crescent for carpark 8. Joondalup station is a 10-15min walk away and local busses service the area on weekends. 463, 464, 465, & 466 have stops within the vicinity. Check your Transperth app for details.
Entry instructions
Peter Cowan Writers Centre is located at Edith Cowan House, building 20. We are the cottage that sits by the lake, among the pines, in the middle of the campus. If you park in carparks 14, 8, or 7 and follow the pathways you will see us. If you park closer to Grand Boulevard you will need to make your way to the middle of campus.
After entry instructions
The front door will generally be open. There is no further to go.
Hazards
There is a ramp for easy access and a relatively large doorway. There is a small lip at the front door which is easily navigable.
Toilet location
Toilets are located at the back of the house. If you require access to disabled toilets please let us know and we will arrange for these to be opened. Closest disabled toilets are near car park 8. Carpark 8 also has disabled parking.
Accessible parking
There are multiple carparks available on campus on the weekends. Unless there is a major event being held on campus parking is not usually a problem.
